Bob writes prolifically in blogs and publishing papers around the subject of business development. He specifically discusses the sales methodologies available and specifically how smaller sized businesses can make valuable deals with bigger companies.
His most complex transaction as sales lead was the agreement that implemented money transfer software across the Pakistan State Post Office. This was a 13,000-branch enterprise with major operational requirements in the Middle East.
Bob is committed to stay firmly ahead of the game in his sector, continually attending and speaking at international Tech conferences keeping up to date with cutting-edge strategies and concepts.
He has been an active member of C4DI since it first opened with a belief it is the best place to be in the North of England for digital innovation.
In his C4DI role as Director of International Business Development he is continually involved with his links into Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
Bob is currently creating an on-line programme that supports Tech businesses from the Central European region take advantage of the opportunities possible via C4DI and the Barclays Eagle Lab network. He is working on this with Cambridge University lecturer and cross-cultural specialist Kasia Lanucha. When finished this will allow C4DI to be the only innovation hub in the UK delivering international commercial education on the impact of national cultural on business development.
