Role: Executive Administrator
Full time (flexible working hours)
Location: Hybrid / Remote (2 days per week to be based in Northallerton)
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

UK Cyber Cluster Collaboration (UKC3) is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company established in May 2021. Our mission is to support regional cyber clusters across the UK and drive the growth of the cyber sector. To achieve our goals, UKC3 has secured government funding from DSIT (Department for Science, Innovation & Technology) which has been allocated to various regional cyber clusters to support initiatives focused on driving growth in their respective areas. We believe that collaboration and knowledge exchange are key to developing a thriving cyber ecosystem, promoting innovation, and growing cyber skills.
The field of cyber security is rapidly expanding and plays a vital role in enabling technological advancements while safeguarding the interests of UK plc. At UKC3, we recognize the importance of fostering greater collaboration across the UK's cyber ecosystem. By connecting and facilitating communication between our regional cyber clusters, we aim to amplify their impact from a local level to something nationally significant.
Now, as we enter our third year, we are seeking an experienced Executive Administrator who will play a crucial role in supporting and promoting the work of UKC3. This role involves assisting in the coordination and implementation of national initiatives, ensuring effective communication within the organisation and with external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall success of the UKC3's mission.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Operations Manager & UKC3 Board - general admin support, scheduling meetings, other ad hoc tasks
Assist with reporting - both internal regional cluster reporting and external government reporting
Assist with the planning and coordination of national and internal events
Minute taking and action log management
Inbox and email management
Proofreading
Data entry and record maintenance
Potential for UK travel to attend in person meetings

Essential
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Minuting and documenting decision points and actions from board level discussions

Experience
Experience providing administrative support to multiple stakeholders at a senior level is essential
Proven ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience of working with stakeholders from central government and the not for profit sector is desirable
Experience working in a project management environment is beneficial
