Customer Service / Account Manager Role:
We are looking for a customer service manager / account manager who is committed to help building and nurturing loyal, long-lasting relationships with each of our valued customers. This is a fast-paced and incredibly varied role by nature of being a consultancy. The day-to-day requirements of the job will change constantly. Rubicon’s clients range from small, localised businesses to large multinational consumer health companies. This invaluable experience will develop your professional network and give you industry experience that is unrivalled. Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
