Rubicon Bridge is a fast growing SaaS software provider to the consumer healthcare industry. 

A major partner of Amazon and Santander, they specialise in helping brands looking to sell globally become regulatory compliant. 

The ‘Reg Tech tool’ is a ground breaking tool built to help major healthcare brands and Marketplace sellers automate the traditionally slow and complicated compliance process which is needed to ensure product can be sold in different markets. Local rules and regulatory guidelines and checks on products make it easy to label and sell products across multiple markets easily .

With such a unique offer in the market (and targeting brands in a fast growing industry selling onto Amazon and other marketplaces), Rubicon are looking for a hungry outgoing individual to help us solve this problem for the many brands and sellers out there. 

Business Development Executive Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for somebody early on in their career in sales. As a Business Development Representative on our Sales team, you will identify and engage with brands and target customers that we would like to work with, as well as organise meetings and help pitch Rubicon’s services. 

You'll be supporting sales activities in the UK and US as we build our business. 

With offices in Hull and London, this is a remote/hybrid role with flexible working options. 

What is a day in the life of a Business Development Representative?

  • Research and identify potential best-fit clients and key contacts. 

  • Call, email and socially connect with prospects to generate initial interest and arrange meetings for the sales team 

  • Understand the needs of our target prospects and articulate the value that the business solution provides

  • Maintain accurate and current information on prospects and interaction activities in company CRM systems

  • Achieve specified and agreed monthly KPI’s and targets e.g meetings/demos arranged and opportunities qualified

  • Build your network and map out key stakeholders across our target customers.

  • Develop excellent prospect relationships leading to growth of new business accounts 

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • 2:1 or above 

  • 1+ years B2B marketing or sales outreach experience (phone/email), ideally for a technology or software company

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. research skills and business acumen

  • Previous experience of using LinkedIn for research, outreach and sales crm

  • What does the team look like? 

    You will work alongside the Director of Business Development and Marketing team 

    This team is data-driven and results-oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team and work across departments with other senior level colleagues to implement actionable solutions.
