C4DI Northallerton, based on the Treadmills site, and opening in late 2020 is focussed on helping technology companies grow and traditional businesses innovate. We do this by helping businesses access the skills and expertise of people within our tech community, enabling them to accelerate their businesses by harnessing technology more effectively. The latest in a series of events we are running is specifically focussed on businesses selling products and services who have either been challenged in the way they do that during Covid, or who have spotted new opportunities and markets that would be easier to access through using technology more effectively… but are unsure how to get started. We have a panel of experts who have expertise in building products and services online; who can help you explore ways of connecting and reaching more customers; who can help you harness technology to make your internal business processes more efficient, and who can also just help you think differently. We will be running an event with some brief talks, some case studies from businesses who have been through journeys just like yours, and an opportunity to discuss and ask any questions about the challenges and opportunities you are facing In order for us to make the event as useful as possible for us, please could you answer the following questions :
